well i am in really hard situation
my boss about 3 months ago now was suspended then went to another kitchen cause it was taking to long the investigation,
well she and was under investigation for racism and one thing she is not is a rasicm,
we all in the kitchen had to give statements and every one has lied cause they dont get on with her and this is just not right, she can be a hard boss but she is a very good one.
well as some of you know i took over tempereraly and it has been hard because i was thrown in deep end after having no training any way a girl came in last month and said to me can you ask lorraine the boss why she not answering my texts
so i asked my manager can you ask lorraine why she not answering jackies text well my boss told me no one can talk to her while this going on so i did adn now the case is over and she lost so they have transered her some where else they told her they have no proof but it in her best interest well i think it stinks when she done nothing wrong any way jackie has found out i told my manger about her texting lorraine and she has asked me and i said yes i did adn now she is saying well the shit will hit the fan tomorrow so i am now dreading going to wrok tomorrow now, i dont see i have done anything wrong i have tried my best but now i am wondering weather i should ring my manager tomorrow and tell her she needs to get in before the girls come in as i feel something is oging ot happen or do i just leave it,
god knows.

Hi Tina

Think the time has come to step back completely before you get dragged into something that is not your fight. Whatever happens tomorrow, will happen. Deal with it as it comes your way, pre-empting the situation and trying to judge what will happen is a long shot and you could get it wrong. You have done nothing wrong and should not be afraid to go into work.

As for the boss accused of racism, she is in a much better place if all her staff can do is lie in their statements. That said, good managers have the support of their staff!!

Hope it goes okay tomorrow,

Lyn x

well i don,t think you have done anything wrong .

If it where me this would be stressfull and not a nice way of earning money and i would just go elsewhere .

i hate working in teams cos of the gossop .And now would never go back to team working again .

Give it up as a bad job might be better for you health wise .
Why are people useing texting you are ment to be working not texting and getting the show on road other then minding someone bussness i think if it where my job i would be out .I think maybe the boss/s should sort it .Too me its just work then home till the next time .Sounds the rest of it is stressing you out

Hi Tina,

Hope all went well for you today, rise above the petty jealousy and look for something else your better out of that one. Women are the worse when it comes to bitching, they can be so two faced. The other woman is better out of it two but it is a pity she didn't get to choose when she left. Kind regards Lorna x

I'm glad things worked out for you Tina, not a nice situation to be in. As you say, it's best just to do your work and not get involved.

Glad things worked out ok for you Tina. I'm not surprised you were worried- I would have been exactly the same. I hope that it hasn't had an adverse effect on your RA.

I get fed up with workplace politics and sniping. Like you I just want to do my job and go hme these days.there was a time when I loved my work but not nymore. Itseems everyone you talk to says the same.

Take care

Maria x
